Massive stainless steel combined with elegant brown enamel makes your asteus Segula look both elegant and solid. Juicy, perfectly grilled beef steaks, tender lamb, poultry, or perhaps something vegan? Three electronically controlled and adjustable high-performance infrared burners develop temperatures up to 800° in your asteus, making it easy for you to create your own perfect grilled dish.

The integrated rotisserie creates delicious gyros, corn chicken, or kebab on a skewer in no time. Flammkuchen, pizzas, and skewers with meat, fish, or vegan options are easily prepared with the optional pizza-shashlik connection. Simply plug your Segula into a standard 230-volt outlet and start grilling!

The practical drawer with soft-close function provides storage space for asteus's Sliceo knife, grill grate lifter, and grill tongs. The GN container integrated into the drawer as a grease collector ensures clean and efficient grilling.

Calidus – a small revolution in grilling

Insert the core temperature sensor into the meat, set it to 58 °C on the display, and you're ready to go. After reaching the desired core temperature, give your steak a great crust and roasted flavor at 800° on the grill – your perfect masterpiece is ready!
The Calidus is also excellent for keeping finished grilled side dishes such as vegetables or potatoes at temperature. The integrated circulating air function and continuously adjustable temperature up to 80° make it possible.
